ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:

Department of B.Com General was started in the academic year 1977-1978. In our Institution, the Commerce education is imparted as an important Feature for all students, as it plays a very important role in the ever changing business world and also it is the most important key to Success in all sectors of Economy, as well as it is considered to be the pace of globalization, liberalization and privatization, which has tremendously influenced the various dimensions of Commerce education

ELIGIBILITY:

Candidates for admission to the first year of the Degree of Bachelor of Commerce Course shall be required to have passed the Higher Secondary Examinations (Academic or Vocational Stream) conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu or an Examination accepted as equivalent thereof by the Syndicate of the University of Madras.

SCOPE OF THE COURSE:

After completing B.Com Degree the students can opt any one of the following course for their Higher studies.
